In 2024 we sat with twelve conveyancing firms — from sole practitioners to thirty-fee-earner regional outfits — and asked one question: where does the time really go? Three answers came up every time. Repetitive client emails. Lost documents. Missed statutory deadlines. LeaseFlow is what we built in response.
UK leasehold work is genuinely difficult. The legislation (the Leasehold Reform, Housing and Urban Development Act 1993, the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002 and now the Leasehold and Freehold Reform Act 2024) layers on top of itself. Statutory windows are unforgiving — a missed counter-notice deadline can hand a freeholder a defence, a slipped tribunal application can lose a case before it is heard.
Most of the software UK firms use is either Practice Management (Clio, LEAP, Quill) — which is fine for billing but useless for guiding a client through a Section 42 — or generic project management (Asana, Monday) — which knows nothing about leasehold law. There is almost nothing built specifically for the gap between matter opening and completion.
LeaseFlow is that gap. A case timeline that knows Section 42, Section 13 and Section 79. A client portal that explains the process without your team writing the explanation. An audit trail your COLP can rely on. Built specifically — and only — for England & Wales leasehold work.

Every workflow has been pressure-tested by qualified leasehold solicitors at small and mid-size UK firms. If your fee-earners hate it, your renewal goes; we know it. Roadmap is set by partners, not investors.
Tools, not advice.
LeaseFlow is case management software. We don't draft on your behalf, we don't give legal advice, and we never replace the supervising solicitor. We replace spreadsheets, shared inboxes and the dreaded "any update?" email — nothing more.
